A high tenacity polyester scrim is coated on both sides with
a PVC compound that provides weather resistance, smooth
surface, color, and protects the polyester fibers against UV
degradation. The higher quality architectural fabrics have a
topcoat to protect the PVC coating and improve cleanliness
of the surface.

The projects on the left side feature Ferrari Precontraint
1002 Formula S fabric. This fabric is suitable for high quality
permanent fabric structures. The Formula S topcoat
provides a calibrated PVDF layer to enhance the surface
properties and extend the life of the fabric.
